1:1 Coaching

For those women who desire a guided space to explore their patterns, their limiting beliefs, and learn how to expand into a life well nourished. Minimum 3 month commitment.

Includes:

– 2 virtual sessions/month
– in-between session support through Voxer
– food & mood journal access with weekly feedback
– access to all self led courses
– lifetime access to all workshops and self led courses

Nourished Together

A 4-month small group experience. For those women who desire to learn how to nourish, to be guided to explore their limiting beliefs and thought patterns, and be encouraged by women doing the same. Being seen, heard, and valued in it all builds your confidence for sustainable change like nothing else

– 2 group sessions/month
– 1, 1:1 session/month
– in-between session support through Voxer
– food & mood journal access with weekly feedback
– access to all workshops and self led courses
*Only open 2x per year

Wellness Mapping

We are constantly bombarded by messages that tell us that we should look a certain way, eat a certain thing, or exercise just so in order to be healthy, attractive, morally good…worthy. These messages are pulling us away from our intuition, encouraging us to ignore our body’s signals, and causing us to second guess what we truly want. Ultimately, we are left chasing after solutions that will never work for us. We are overwhelmed, frustrated, and defeated because we don’t know what to do. We lost trust in ourselves somewhere along the way.

In this single 90-minute session, we will:

– Envision & define what health looks like for you
– Clarify your wellness values & set your intentions so you can be more confident in the choices you make
– Get you out of comparison mode to find joy in who you are and the actions you take
